Jeremiah Wilson, Founder and President
"Fight for what you believe in, becoming stronger with each challenge that comes your way."
These words from Abraham Lincoln inspired ContactPoint founder - Jeremiah Wilson - to
launch his own company. His goal? To create a culture of trust and empowerment for
sales organizations everywhere. In 2001 - one month before the terrorist attacks
that struck the financial core of New York and Washington - Wilson took
his now
patented remote monitoring device called the Maculon, and
revolutionized the sales training consulting industry. While the
country's economy wavered, ContactPoint became a highly successful
customer service and sales training organization, helping customers
increase productivity and enhance revenue. In just four years, ContactPoint
became a million-dollar company, providing advanced solutions to companies
across the nation and overseas. Now in its eighth year, the firm's clients
span every sector of business, providing viable solutions for companies
looking to strengthen their sales and customer service levels.
Prior to founding ContactPoint, Wilson served as a national sales and customer service training specialist, a manager of a major department store's logistics department, Assistant to the Counselor of Economics and the Embassy of the Czech Republic, and a training specialist at the International Training Center at Brigham Young University. Fluent in both English and Czech, Wilson holds a BA in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
